Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Professional Service The user acknowledges that the fees paid through this application are "Professional Medical Consultation Fees" in exchange for the human effort, time, and clinical expertise provided by a licensed physician. This service is based on direct interaction between the doctor and the patient (human-to-human service) and is not a pre-packaged digital product.
2. Eligibility for a Refund Eligible Cases
We are committed to refunding the fees to the user only in the following specific cases:
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If the user pays the consultation fee and the physician is unable to respond or provide the medical recommendation within 24 hours of payment.
  • Technical Payment Errors: In the event of a duplicated transaction caused by the payment gateway (Paddle), the user will be charged twice for the same consultation.
  • Physician’s Cancellation: If the physician determines, for professional or technical reasons, that they cannot proceed with the consultation before the final report is issued.
3. Non-Refundable Cases Non-Refundable Cases
Due to the professional nature of medical services, the user is not entitled to a refund in the following cases:
  • Completion of Service: Once the physician has issued the final medical recommendation or prescription based on the consultation, the service is deemed fully executed.
  • Dissatisfaction with Medical Opinion: Fees are paid for "professional time and effort." Disagreeing with the physician’s diagnosis or recommendation does not grant a right to a refund as long as a professional response was provided.
  • Inaccurate Information: If the user provides inaccurate or incomplete medical data, it results in advice unsuitable for their actual condition.
4. Refund Processing Channels The refund process depends on the platform used for payment:

Web/Paddle Payments: Refund requests must be submitted to our technical support at [HASSANABDO198133@GMAIL.COM]. Requests will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days.

App Stores (Apple/Google): If the payment was made through the store's billing system, the refund is subject exclusively to Apple’s or Google’s policies. Users must submit their requests directly through the respective store’s "Report a Problem" platform.
5. Legal Disclaimer This service is a remote medical consultation and is not intended for medical emergencies. If fees are paid and the case is later deemed an emergency, the user must go to the nearest hospital immediately. The physician’s right to the fee is not waived if they have already begun reviewing the case and provided the initial advice to seek emergency care.
