| 1. Not for Emergencies |
This app is intended for non-urgent urological medical consultations. In cases of acute renal colic, severe urinary bleeding, acute urinary retention, acute testicular pain, septic shock, or any emergency, you must immediately go to the nearest emergency department or call an ambulance.
Delaying seeking emergency medical care based on the content of the app is at your full responsibility. The app and the doctor are not responsible for any delay in seeking emergency care. |
| 2. Not a substitute for clinical examination | The information and advice provided through the app are educational and guiding tools based on the data you provide and are not considered a final diagnosis or a substitute for a direct clinical examination in the clinic. |
| 3. No Substitute Relationship | Using the app does not establish a permanent (doctor-patient) relationship or a substitute for primary healthcare; the doctor, through the app, guides you based on digital data and images only. |
| 4. Nature of Medical Communication | "The user acknowledges and agrees that medical consultations provided through this application are conducted exclusively via secure text-based chat. This service does not include voice or video calls. By accepting these terms, you confirm your understanding that the consultation is limited to text, image, and file exchanges. |
| 5. Responsibility for Data Accuracy | The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the uploaded documents (images, analyses, X-rays, and symptoms). The doctor relies entirely on the information and documents you provide. Any concealment of medical information or provision of false data completely absolves the doctor of responsibility for the results of the consultation. |
| 6. Modification of Treatment Plan | Do not change or stop any medications previously prescribed to you based on information in the app without direct consultation and approval from the doctor in his clinic. |
| 7. Non-guarantee of Therapeutic Results | The user acknowledges that the practice of medicine is not an exact science and that response to treatment varies from person to person based on biological and genetic factors. Therefore, the doctor or the app does not guarantee specific curative results or immediate improvement in health status based on digital consultation. |
| 8. Responsibility for Misinterpretation | The app and the doctor are not responsible for any damages resulting from the user's misunderstanding of medical instructions, misinterpretation of medication dosages, or inaccurate application of recommendations. It is the user's responsibility to inquire immediately if any part of the consultation is unclear. |
| 9. Side Effects and Drug Interactions | The doctor disclaims responsibility for any allergic reactions or side effects resulting from suggested medications if the user has concealed their medical history or other medications they are taking (drug-drug interaction). The user assumes responsibility for reading the internal leaflet of any medication and ensuring there are no personal contraindications before starting. |
| 10. Disclaimer for External Procedures | The app assumes no responsibility for the quality of medical services the user may receive outside the app (such as laboratories, radiology centers, or surgeries) that may be recommended during the consultation. |
| 11. Service and Data Interruption | The developer assumes no responsibility for any loss of medical data resulting from technical failures beyond its control or for decisions made by the user based on incomplete information that was not properly uploaded to the "data forms" within the app. |

Intellectual Property | All scientific content, educational videos, algorithms, and programming code (Flutter Code) of the application are the exclusive intellectual property of the Doctor (Hassan Abdel Rahman Al-Ghiati) and the application (Uroconsul). Copying, modifying, or republishing without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. |
| 13. Legal Disclaimer | The doctor or the application developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or medical complications resulting from the user's misunderstanding of medical advice or failure to follow instructions accurately. |
